A gentle, floor based yoga class led by a wheelchair user for all bodies... able bodied and those who struggle with mobility impairments. This class is donation based via PayPal to casey_newton@hotmail.co.uk so people can pay what they can afford (friends and family payment appreciated to avoid high fees) ❤️
