Join me for an evening underground for a magical yoga practice, meditation and mantra chanting 🔮
Our practice will take place by the beautiful, underground lake. It will be an intimate session as the space is small and therefore there are limited tickets.
After a wonderful meditation in a cave in Indonesia, I promised I would find a place to lead my own yoga and meditation in an underground world ... and this spot is perfect.
A completely private and tranquil spot, immersed in nature to go to a greater depth within our minds.

Cave yoga
We will be having a magical evening underground by a beautiful lake! It will include some standing flows, some laying yin postures, meditation and we will share some mantra chanting. Please arrive 15 mm minutes before hand, so that we can get our hard hats on and be led into the cave. Thank you always, Namaste. X
