Cave yoga
We will be having a magical evening underground by a beautiful lake! It will include some standing flows, some laying yin postures, meditation and we will share some mantra chanting. Please arrive 15 mm minutes before hand, so that we can get our hard hats on and be led into the cave. Thank you always, Namaste. X
