In current uncertain times and changes to routine and well - our whole loves, it's easy to 'loses ourselves' ... Join me an other like-minded folk for an online workshop to re-ground ourselves, find our calm, re-connect with the present and reconnect with ourselves. 

The session will include ... a talk from me sharing my personal tips, learnt through my personal journey and techniques from my background in mindfulness and psychology, journaling, an invitation (not obligation) for conversation and sharing to re-connect to other souls, and some grounding yin-yoga postures and meditation.

The session is included if you have a monthly membership with me (£20), or £5 pay as you go - buy tickets via my site.
