About the event
'Self love' is a term we hear a lot. While It is great to love ourselves and our bodies... some of us are just not there yet. Some days we may feel no love or positivity at all towards our bodies. That's when we need self ACCPTANCE. I have put together this workshop to share this with you for anybody to join (any age, any gender).
Self-doubt, low self esteem, feeling of unworthiness can all act as barriers and hold us back from our full potential and happiness in so many ways.
In this online workshop, we will be using practical approaches of positive psychology, mindfulness and self-growth techniques to help you find peace within yourself and ignite your power!
What will be covered in the workshop...
- Overcoming self-limiting beliefs
- Finding more self confidence
- Identify and celebrate our personal srengths
- Learn to accept and embrace our minds and bodies
- Do some self-soothing pranayama (breath work)
- A few gentle yin yoga postures
What you need ...
Comfy clothes, a soft mat/ ground, a journal/ paper, a pen, a bervage of your choice, a candle (optional), post it notes (optional) ... it is a Saturday night after all! :)
After many years at war with my mind and body, I want to share this feeling o self-acceptance with the world because it'f life changing.
