About the event

In this much resquested workshop, I will be sharing advice on how to fuel your body as a mountain biker or any similar sport. 

It's so important as a cyclist to fuel our body correctly so that we can go for longer, recover quicker and make sure we are getting the most out of each ride! 

Nutrition is an ever-changing, confusing which is difficult to master even as nutrition professionals. So, I have gathered together the basics, with an example meal plan to help you get the most out of your workout.

The session will 50 minutes-ish with a Q&A to finish for anybody looking to ask a nutritionist anything! Anybody is welcome, it is an intro workshop aimed at those who are starting to look deeper into how to fuel their rides!
