IT'S A BEEN A GREAT YEAR!!
Let's wrap it up, with a bike/ yoga finale followed by some grub and beers at the beach pub!
The day will go something like this 👇 12.30pm mountain bike coaching with Jay williamson
2.30pm group ride! 4.30pm yoga 6pm grub at the pub beers beers beers (or OJ whatever you fancy)!
Be good to see faces here (old and new) to have a Xmas ride/ flow/ tipple with us!
