- 3 hours of MTB coaching with proffessional coach Jay Williamson
- Ride/ session together
- 1 hour MTB specific yoga session with Casey Gemma
- Bike park entry included
- £50 all inc.

Please bringÂ
- Bike, full face helmet, knee pads as minimum
- Your own yoga mat if you have one to ensure maximum hygeineÂ
