In this much resquested workshop, I will be sharing advice on how to eat intuitively.Â
Re-learning a skill which we are born with ... how to eat when we're hungry and stop when we're full. Sounds easy enough, right?! Wrong. There are many reasons, why a lot of us have lost the ability to maintain a strong healthy body while eating intuitively (I did for many years)... diet culture/ media/ fad diets/ 'social media nutrition experts' etc. etc. All of these things have led to confusion, and a lack of confidence when not following a 'diet', it can lead to underearting/ overeating and worse of all - not fuelling your body right!Â
Through research and personal experience, as a nutritionist I shall guide you and a small group how to eat more inuitively. This shall be through science-backed advice and changes (webinar style), checking in with where you are now, optional sharing and connecting to others in a similar headspace, journaling, action planning and a short meditation to end the session with (optional).
Healing my relationship with food and body image and escaping my constant diet mentality is my snigle biggest achievement, I'm so passionate to share this with you too. Spaces are limited to keep the sharing space - intimate and safe so tickets must be booked in advance.Â
