End of Year Reflection + 2024 Goal Setting 💫

This workshop is to help you take space and time to reflect on the ups and downs of 2023 and to come up with a successful plan to achieve your goals, using NLP (neurolinguistics) - science backed techniques - to help you become focussed and ready to achieve whatever it is you want... whether it be health/ career/ fitness/ relationship goals!

As always, share a much or as little as you want in the zoom call, the main focus is on you - checking back in with yourself and leaving the workshop with clear intentions - ending with a short meditation/ visual projection to help you towards your goal.

Bring a pen/ a journal and an open mind!
