*ALL ABILITY & fully inclusive* 3 days of yoga and mountain biking in Devon! Learn new bike skills and confidence with the help of our elite, world cup & national rider Jay Williamson. Stretch and recover, with experienced yoga teacher, Casey Gemma. Chilled eves by the camp fire with great company.

About the event
Come and spend time with us doing what we love the most!
We are holding our adventure retreat in a lovely space surrounded by the beautiful Lopwell Dam! Yoga sessions will be led by qualified yoga teacher Casey Gemma, sharing some flows together, improving inversions (handstands etc), and some acro yoga too!! Our rides will be guided by Jay Williamson - elite level, world cup racer. We will explore some fantastic routes and Jay will be offering coaching tips for more bike confidence and bike handling. Rides will be include natural tech, drops, varied downhill depending on ability 🚵🧘♀️
What the weekend will look like:
2 nights in fully catered lodge, bottom sheet provided (bring duvets/ sleeping bags/ snacks and beverages of your choice) ☺️
Friday arvo/ eve:
Fun bike skills and drills session to prepare for a weekend of exploring! Followed by some relaxing evening yoga, and chilled time by the fire pit 🔥
Morning yoga session by the dam setting us up for a day on the bikes, we will be for the day coming across natural challenges, climbs and descents suitable for those with a reasonable fitness level and some experience. Evening acro/ inversions yoga workshop followed by more fire pit time!
A shorter ride focusing more on downhill technique (confidence and progression), followed by some very stretchy yoga for our achey legs! A last late lunch before we say our goodbyes!
