All over the world Yoga classes have become popular however, the true meaning of the practice has become diluted and sometimes misunderstood.
Join me in this workshop where we take the practice of Yoga off the mat and into our day to day lives. Come along to learn how Yoga transforms not only the body, but the mind and soul bringing us into alignment with nature.
A pen and paper or journal will be useful as we reflect on what Yoga means to us and for any notes you may want to take.
